Full description

The 25DKSN is intended for navy vessels of all types. The liferaft is released from its cradle and thrown overboard or slides out by itself. Once in the water, it inflates on a hard pull of the painter line and is then ready for boarding.

The semi-inflatable boarding ramp allows crew to board quickly from the water. The extra-large openings enable rescue teams to lift survivors directly by helicopter. Once on board, the raised, inflated floor keeps occupants protected while they wait for rescue.

The liferaft can be delivered in a STANAG 2920 fragmentation-proof container with radar-absorbing paint, shock tested to CETENA MIL STD 901D. It is also available with a NATO stock number (NSN).

The DKSN is certified by DNV in accordance with SOLAS/MED requirements and is available with a 12-month or 30-month extended service interval. A 12-person version (12DKSN) is also available.
