The mobile self-contained emergency shower is specifically designed for effective flushing of both eyes, face and body, and it should be seen as an essential addition to sites where a stationary emergency shower and eye wash is unsuitable, for stand-by use in locations where no water supply is available, or when existing emergency showers are undergoing maintenance. The unit comes with a removable insulated jacket that protects the unit from frost or direct sunlight. The soft polyester coated PVC jacket features a silicone glass cloth inner and a 25mm thick matt insulation. The body shower provides a water flow of 50 l/min, while the eye wash provides a water flow of 12 l/min. for a gentle washing action. The eye wash is equipped with a protective lid, preventing dust and particles from entering. The unit is activated easily in a single movement, either by pushing down the lever or pulling the lid of the eye wash down. Once the shower or eye wash is activated, it remains on until manually turned off, allowing uninterrupted rinsing.
