This free e-learning module is designed for crew members who inspect VIKING S30 liferafts onboard. It explains how the liferaft’s special design extends service intervals at authorised service stations to 30 months instead of the standard 12, and it covers the crew’s responsibility to carry out an annual onboard inspection, including testing the aluminium pouch environment and checking the liferaft container.
