Frost-protected combination shower with eye wash fountain, freestanding, EX proof

The freestanding combination shower is designed for simultaneous rinsing of eyes, face, and body in cold climates, where there is a risk of the water in the pipes freezing. The shower is frost-protected down to -20°C thanks to a self-regulating trace heating system that prevents water in the pipework from freezing. The shower features a robust flange, ensuring secure and stable installation. The eye wash fountain is equipped with a protective lid, preventing dust and particles from entering. Once opened during use, the lid remains open until manually closed, allowing uninterrupted rinsing. The eye wash fountain provides a continuous water flow of 12 l/min. for a gentle washing action. With a flow rate of 76 litres/minute, the body shower delivers a spray pattern that meets the standards of EN15154, providing effective coverage for emergency body rinsing. The unit is activated easily in a single movement, either by pulling the rod or opening the lid to the eye wash fountain. The shower is constructed in compliance with EN15154 and ANSI Z358.1 standards, ensuring full safety and reliability. The shower can easily be connected to a BROEN-LAB TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) to ensure a consistent water temperature of 22°C. The unit includes signage in accordance with ISO 3864-1 to clearly mark the position of the shower.
