VIKING has been a manufacturer of quality protective clothing for over 25 years. Our network has the knowledge and spare parts needed to be able to service immersion suits effectively. We offer two servicing options depending on your needs.

Standard servicing You can have your immersion suits serviced at one of our many approved servicing stations at local prices. Due to the nature of the equipment used to test immersion suits, for all suppliers, servicing is time consuming, due to drying time after testing. Fixed fee exchange As a new service, VIKING offers immersion suit exchange at the pier for a fixed service fee per suit. this option is currently available for the popular VIKING models PS2004 and PS5006. The exchange concept is currently offered at 25 servicing stations across the globe. The exchange service is especially attractive for those who need a fast turnaround. If you cannot give sufficient notice prior to service, this is not always a feasible solution for you.

Immersion suits For commercial vessels, immersion suits must be serviced every 3 years. Immersion suits older than 10 years must be serviced more frequently. Requirements can vary from flag state to flag state. Contact your local VIKING office for more information.

Lifejackets Inflatable lifejackets must also be serviced annually. VIKING recommends that all types of lifejackets and personal protective equipment be sent for service to a VIKING certified servicing station for annual service.
