OUTER FABRICS



The unique use of dual layers of NOMEX® and KEVLAR® give superior textile properties. It not only creates air pockets and insulation in a critical flash over situation, but also reduces UV degration and improves the lifespan of the garment.

NOMEX® Titan™ (TI-technology)
This dual protection outer fabric offers the highest thermal protection available. A quality textile that looks good, feels good and has the durability and abrasion resistance necessary to last. A very good investment. Colors: dark navy blue, gold, desert tan, yellow.

NOMEX® ADVANCE™
An outer fabric that has a good performance and a high TPP value. Contains 60% Kevlar® for a relatively high heat resistance. Durable material with a good value for the price. Colors: black, gold, khaki, yellow.

NOMEX® ADVANCE ULTRA™
Top quality outer shell with a good balance between TPP and THL values. Lightweight, flexible and very durable. Good overall performance. Colors: gold, yellow.

CRUSADER® 790, NOMEX/KEVLAR
An outer fabric that has a good performance and a high TPP value. Contains 60% Kevlar® for a relatively high heat resistance. Durable material with a good value for the price. Colors: black, gold, khaki, yellow.

BASOFIL® GLADIATOR™
Durable fabric that is good at withstanding high temperature. Maintains structure even after exposure to flames. High TPP value. Color: gold.

PBI GEMINI™ MATRIX™
Popular fabric among fire-departments. Good durability and abrasion resistance. Combined with Crosstech™ and Caldura™ thermal liner this layer ensemble creates a good balance between THL and TPP values. High heat resistance. Colors: gold, black.


MOISTURE BARRIERS

Crosstech™
Popular moisture barrier for NFPA gear. Superior resistance to liquid penetration above and beyond NFPA requirements. Exceptionally durable and at the same time breathable for a very high
THL value.

GORE™ RT7100
Less expensive moisture barrier than the Crosstech™. A durable fabric with good performance for the price. Waterproof, breathable, good thermal stability and resistant to liquid penetration.


THERMAL LINER

Duflot ISOMEX® Iso’Air™ VIKING turnout gear includes top quality Duflot ISOMEX® Iso’Air™ MHT thermal liner. This uniquely lightweight thermal liner enhances breatheability while maintaining thermal protection. This fabric uniquely optimizes the flow of air under the gear to minimize the risk of heat stress.

XLT-Lite Chambry
Light weight thermal liner with good balance between THL and TPP. Good moisture transport optimizes comfort for extended wear.
