Trainee programmes


Office trainees rotate through 4 different departments during the 2 year period; sales, purchasing, marketing and finance. Trainees are expected to follow a college education (HD) in business, which VIKING finances.

Technical designer trainees are employed for a 1 year period. They have the opportunity of working in at least one of our technical departments; raft engineering, MES engineering and PPE production and planning.

IT support trainees are employed for a 2 year period in our global IT deparment.
